day 157
day 155
If I didn't know for a fact that red marker doesn't hurt - I might have believed she needed a band-aid. I think we're in a lot of trouble if at two years old she can be jealous of her sister's Dora Band-aid, and plot to color on her hand with red marker and then cry about being hurt. Look at that bottom lip!!!
And you know I gave her one. That's the worst part.
day 154
I never thought I'd say this - but I can't wait for Daylight Savings Time. I'm usually the first to complain that its stupid and pointless and everyone should be like Saskatchewan because they're the only ones not lying to themselves about what time it is and thinking they 'gain' an hour of daylight.
However.
First, I'm not supposed to be complaining, so really, I'm not.
And second - this photo was taken at 7:15 this morning. There is no reason on earth for the kids to be up this early. If we have to be up at 7:15, it might as well be 8:15.

Day 152
Day 151
The kids are sick - sort of. I can't figure out what's wrong, they get high fevers and sleep for a few hours, then are perfectly fine for a few hours, then they're sick again. I just start thinking I should have sent them to school, and their eyes glass over and they're burning up. Or, like yesterday - I send them to school because they woke up singing and fighting and decidedly NOT sick in any way, and I get a call from the school to bring my sick kid home.
I know its not my imagination!
Day 147
Day 146
I had to measure the sign, there's no way to get there but to run through the ditch. I'm glad nobody was around for miles because I ended up in snow up past my knees. And its that awkward kind of snow that's hard enough to support your weight on one step, then crashes through and leaves you stuck up to your knees with the next step. Its impossible to look like you know what you're doing when you're walking on/through snow like that.
